Please provide us with an address where someone will be in to sign and a contact phone number that we can include with the shipping documentation.
If delivery is attempted and no-one is in to sign, a card is left with you by the courier. Delivery is usually attempted the next working day and if unsuccessful, a second card is left.
Your Item is then held at the depot for 5 days before being sent back to us.
If an item is sent back to us after this period we reserve the right to either re-invoice the delivery charge or refund the purchase price of your order less the p&p and cancel the sale.

All prices quoted in our listings are for UK mainland via courier.
We do not profit from the P&P.
All filled beanbags and beans are sent in brand new custom made boxes. (we are charged more by volume than weight)
We send using next day service (Highlands and Offshore is two day service)
Fully trackable and insured service.

For Scottish Highlands and Offshore the following surcharges will apply per item in addition to the listed p&p price.(BeanBag Bed/Sofa counts as two items)
